- Develop and maintain various communications channels and materials.
- Write and produce content and script for website, blog posts, newsletters, and other communication materials for the whole project.
- Ensure all content complies with company standards and style guides.
- Handle communication strategies during crises or significant changes within the company.
- Support organizing events, conferences, and other organizational activities as needed.
- Prepare and create timely reports (PowerPoint presentations & Excel spreadsheets) for all communication campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years of writing and editorial experience
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills both in Myanmar and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and various social media applications
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Graphic design skills a plus (Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop)
- Excellent work ethic

- Handle leasing process from inquiries to contract signing, rent collection, and debt follow-up.
- Provide solutions to support tenants during their occupancy.
- Prepare regular tenant report for management and assist tenants.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure tenant satisfaction and conduct tenant care.
- Attend event to research trends and find potential clients.
- Conduct market research and propose tenant care strategies.
- Develop documents, materials, and processes as assigned.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, English, or other related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in leasing or tenant relation management position or equivalent role.
- Age between 20-25 years old with good health to perform all assigned duties. Positive, honest, responsible work ethic, respect for the management system, and team spirit.
- Strong sense of responsibility in meeting leasing objectives and targets. Strategic thinking over the management system about established regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in both English and Myanmar (spoken and written). Strong in writing, presentation skills, and good at communication.
- Competent in research, information synthesis, analysis, and evaluation.
- Responsible and skilled in problem-solving, Fast learner with interest in real estate.
