Key Of Responsibilities: 

  • A Big Opportunity for …Monitor and ensure workers wear proper PPE such as helmets, gloves, safety shoes, and safety vests.
  • Identify unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions at the workplace.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment Reports and Method Statements and recommend control measures to reduce risks.
  • Conduct Safety Induction training for new workers and lead toolbox meetings.
  • Provide training on emergency procedures and correct use of PPE.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain safety records, documents, and reports.
  • Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, contractors, and government inspectors regarding safety matters.
  • Prepare emergency response plans and conduct fire drills.

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree with certification in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in safety management.
  • Knowledge in Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), scaffolding inspection, excavation & trench safety, PPE compliance, and heavy equipment safety.
  • Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and workplace safety laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • English: Conversational level.

Key Of Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for MEP systems.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements based on drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and control MEP project costs and propose cost-saving solutions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and contract compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and variation assessments.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a diploma or certificates in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good English communication skills with the ability to understand technical documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in MEP cost management within construction or real estate projects is an advantage.
